2.09. The diploma of college studies awarded by the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology upon completion of the following programs gives access to the permit issued by the Ordre professionnel des technologues professionnels du Québec:

(1) in the Administration, Commerce and Computer Technology vocational sector:
